It's about time! After all these years, one of the biggest injustices of this world is finally being righted; Otto gets his place on the web! Since Otto is arguably the most important character in our lives, it only stands to reason that he should get his very own website. After all, there's a lot to brag about and everyone in the world needs to know about it. There's his exploits, his adventures and his family, among other things. So here are the humble beginings of Otto's Place on the Web. What gets added to this site will depend entirely on Otto, but he hopes you'll come back here again and again to learn more about what makes Otto so great! |

After being misplaced for years, a new roll of undeveloped film containing Otto's earliest pictures in his forever home has been discovered! We previously believed that the oldest pictures we had of Otto were from 2003, but some of these newly discovered pictures were taken the VERY SAME WEEKEND that we took Otto home!!! Charlie was a 6-7 year old rescued basset we fostered for a short time. He'd spent his life as a junk yard guard dog, and his owner discarded him when his body could no longer handle being tied outside all the time. He was taken in by Basset Hound Rescue Quebec and placed in an excellent kennel. The hope was that he might be placed in a foster home where he could learn to be around people and have a chance at a real life.

Rouge and Jaxx are distant relatives of Otto. They live all the way in New Brunswick, taking care of their slaves Bill and Kendra (Bill is Tiffany's brother).
